Brewhemia - Edinburgh's largest restaurant and bar, hosting 7 unique bars across two floors with three dining spaces, are on the lookout for experienced Senior CDPs to join this highly successful team.
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced working in a busy, fresh food kitchen
About the role:
- Assisting the Head Chef & Sous Chefs in the general day to day running of the kitchens
- Maintaining kitchen standards
- Consistently delivering high quality dishes
- Support with training and developing the kitchen team
- Being involved in the innovation of new dishes
About you:
- Minimum 3 years prior experience working in a commercial restaurant kitchen.
- The ability to work under pressure in a high volume, high standard food operation.
- Excellent and consistent standard of work, and personal presentation.
- Must be available to work weekends

- Equal share of TRONC (12.5% service charge), increases with service at six months.
